Complete the form below to place your order for C.U.R.E. kits, pre-packed medical kits filled with critical medical supplies needed for your upcoming medical mission trip. Click here for a detailed list of supplies. Kits will also include a detailed packing list of the items included and the necessary documentation to navigate customs.
C.U.R.E. kits can be picked up at one of our 7 warehouses or mailed via standard shipping, which is included in the donation. Expedited delivery is available at an increased reimbursement. To make arrangements for expedited delivery, contact us at curekits@projectcure.org.
